Reservation Policy

To hold the booking, 100% advance is essential during 1 October to 31 March.

During 1 April to 30 September, 50% advance is essential.

Cancellation Policy

All rates are non-refundable.

Child Policy

Children 10 years & above would be taken as an extra person.

A maximum of 2 children below 10 years without extra mattresses can be accommodated in a villa when accompanied by their parents.

Communication Policy

Communication has to be done via e-mail.

Kindly use a single mail ID for all communication.

Booking or cancellation will be confirmed on e-mail only.

Humble Request

Our villas are owned by highly sophisticated individuals who frequently stay at these properties. Each villa is adorned with items of significant sentimental and monetary value. We earnestly request that you treat the property and its belongings with respect and care.

House Rules

Please inform us of the exact number of guests before your arrival to prevent any inconvenience or confusion at check-in.

The management reserves the right to evict guests for non-compliance with house rules/policies or for causing any inconvenience or damage to the premises or staff.

Bringing unanticipated guests is not permitted under any circumstances inside the property.

Guests will be financially responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. As assessed by the management, costs will be settled on-site before departure or at check-out.

Natural Structure: The property is built using mud and stone, and small dust particles may fall naturally from walls. This adds to the eco-friendly experience.

Insects, animals, and mosquitoes are common due to the natural setting. Kindly keep doors/windows closed and inform staff if assistance is needed.

Please help us conserve water and electricity by switching off taps, lights, and appliances when not in use.

Avoid walking on unlit/dark paths at night as the property is situated on a hill.

Events and parties are not allowed without prior approval.

Inform staff in advance for nearby exploration. A team member will accompany you.

Respect wildlife; do not feed or disturb animals around the property.

Playing music is restricted from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Loud music disturbing the natural environment is not permitted.

Illegal and immoral activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

The property is free from single-use plastic. Guests must dispose of their plastic trash themselves.

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking/hookah inside rooms or indoor areas is strictly prohibited.

Only small, portable Bluetooth speakers are allowed.

The villa has inverter backup.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Please inspect before checkout.

We embrace Rajasthani culture and encourage respect for local traditions.

The management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at their discretion.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in: 15:00 hours, Check-out: 11:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

No cancellations will be accepted from 1 October to 31 March. Payments are non-refundable during this period.

Children 10 years & above are considered extra persons.

2 kids in one room will be considered as an extra person.

Extra adult will be charged INR 3500/- per person per night.

Communication must be via e-mail using a single email ID.

Booking or cancellation will be confirmed only via e-mail.

We do not provide accommodation for drivers, domestic help, or nannies. Please arrange accordingly.

INR 10,000/- will be collected as a refundable security deposit at check-in against any damages.
